Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Support senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and equipment.
- Collect and analyze process data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in troubleshooting process issues and contribute to developing corrective actions.
- Learn and apply process engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies.
