Purpose of the Role

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will support the recruitment team in delivering high-quality recruitment services to clients and candidates. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, placing, and supporting temporary and contract workers whilst developing knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and client service standards.

This is an entry-level position designed to provide training and development within recruitment, with opportunities to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Candidate Attraction and Recruitment
    • Assist with advertising vacancies across job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
    • Source and identify suitable candidates for temporary and contract vacancies
