Job Description:

• Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs for store employees, supervisors, and managers.

• Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new hires.

• Facilitate training on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, store operations, and leadership skills.

• Ensure consistent implementation of training standards across locations.

• Learning & Development

• Identify skill gaps through store visits, audits, performance reviews, and stakeholder feedback.

• Design and update training content, learning modules, facilitator guides, and assessments.

• Develop engaging learning interventions aligned with business objectives.

• Support digital learning initiatives and learning management systems (LMS).
