The Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive and engaging training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively in customer service roles. This position ensures that training programs are aligned with business objectives and that trainees meet performance and quality standards before transitioning to production.

• Facilitate new hire, product, and refresher training programs for customer service associates.
