Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to analyze performance data, identifying skill or knowledge gaps that require training interventions.

  • Training Evaluation & Analytics: Measure instructional effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and KPIs to define the impact of training on employee performance and ROI.

  • LMS Management & Reporting: Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking completion rates, assessment results, and generating reports for management.

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate in-house and external training sessions, managing schedules, logistics, and vendor relationships.

  • Content Development: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining educational aids and materials.
