Job Description
The selected candidate will join our Reservations Department and will be responsible for the training area within our Groups Department. This includes onboarding new agents joining the company as well as providing support training for existing team members.
Responsibilities
* Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including company introduction.
* Deliver training on SAP, client identification, contracts and rates, reservation creation and modification, Evolution system, and call flow, among others.
* Address general questions and resolve doubts.
* Provide support during practical training sessions.
* Conduct refresher training for existing agents.
* Continuously improve training processes.
* Monitor and evaluate new employees.
* Provide feedback on training sessions and report to the supervision team, manager, and HR.
