Job Description

The selected candidate will join our Reservations Department and will be responsible for the training area within our Groups Department.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including company introduction.
  • Deliver training on SAP, client identification, contracts and rates, reservation creation and modification, Evolution system, and call flow, among others.
  • Address general questions and resolve doubts.
  • Provide support during practical training sessions.
  • Conduct refresher training for existing agents.
  • Continuously improve training processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate new employees.
  • Provide feedback on training sessions and report to the supervision team, manager, and HR.
