  • Develop content, competencies standard, learning outcome, lesson plan, pre-test, post-test, and practical test/assessments.
  • Complete foundational level service technical competencies.
  • Facilitate service foundational level courses and assessments.
  • Coaching foundational & Advanced service technicians.
  • Conduct research and development for subjects intending to train others.
  • Monitor the progress of trainees’/participants' performance during training.
