Location: Onsite – DXC IPC Mckinley Taguig
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations
- Able to create detailed and structured Training Plan
- Prepares training materials and aids
- Conducts highly effective training sessions, may it be virtual or face to face
- Evaluates post training sessions
- Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit
Qualifications
- Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course
- Must have at least 2-4 years worth of actual training experience via face to face/virtual for at least 15 or more people per class
- Strong life insurance product, services and process understanding and background
- Should be methodical, creative and competent in the training field
