About Orica  About the role  The Trainer/Assessor is responsible for delivering site-based training and assessments, ensuring all activities meet Orica’s obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and comply with national standards. This role is key to maintaining operational safety, compliance, and workforce capability across assigned sites. 
What you will be doing  Manage the site-based component of Orica’s RTO obligations, ensuring all training aligns with national and Orica standards. 
Coordinate and deliver training activities across assigned sites, including conducting training sessions and final assessments as required. 
Ensure all employees have up-to-date training plans and that site managers are informed of their teams’ training needs.
