Training & Capability Manager

Ventia operates Australia’s largest private firefighting service, delivering aviation, structural, and bushfire response capabilities across the country. With more than 20 years’ experience supporting the Australian Defence Force (ADF), we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training & Capability Manager to join our team to be located at Fleet Base West, WA. It is desirable that the applicant holds/held Firefighting qualifications to a Station Officer level or is/was previously a senior Emergency Response Manager in an Australian organisation.    

About the Role 

The Training & Capability Manager is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of emergency response training programs across Ship Board Firefighting, Aviation Fire and Rescue, Structural Firefighting, HAZMAT, Road Crash Rescue, and broader emergency response functions.
