Job Description
The ClickLearn Consultant will design and deliver high-quality training materials, process documentation, and user enablement content for enterprise business systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project teams to capture end-to-end processes and translate them into engaging, user-friendly learning solutions using ClickLearn. The ideal candidate combines strong documentation skills with a deep understanding of user adoption strategies to support successful system implementations and ongoing operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain ClickLearn content including:
o Interactive simulations
o User guides
o Quick reference materials
o Process documentation
o E-learning content
• Capture and document end-to-end business processes
