Training Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Training Consultant to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences to external customers across the UK. This role is primarily focused on virtual training delivery, with occasional onsite training based on customer requirements. As a Training Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customer onboarding and enabling clients to maximise the value of their investment in the Wolters Kluwer CCH product suite. Through interactive, hands‑on training sessions, you will help customers develop confidence in using our solutions while promoting best practices, efficiency, and compliance. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will assess learning needs, recommend appropriate training solutions, and contribute to the development of innovative training content across instructor‑led and digital learning formats.
