- Responsible for the assurance that all employees are trained according to their training matrix.
- Responsible for carrying out and executing the annual training program.
- Comply with the training requirements of Labor Law (STPS)
- Coordinate and provide the HR Training to New Hires
- Responsible for measuring the effectiveness of training as well as generating the information to be presented in the Management Review.
- 90-day evaluations of Exempt, Non Exempt and Co-ops.
- Responsible for the Open High School Program and English Classes for Coordinators
- Prepare and coordinate training plan for Exempt and Non Exempt with Below Performance Results
- Academic Connections with Universities and government institutions.
- Administration of Co-ops.
- Active participation in events throughout| the year
