Enhance training programs as a Training Coordinator responsible for logistics at our location. Oversee accommodations, meals, and training room setups for attendees in a structured and efficient manner.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of training logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. You'll be responsible for booking accommodations, planning events, and maintaining the training facility's cleanliness. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a customer-focused approach, are vital to facilitating successful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all training class logistics and attendee accommodations
• Organize offsite events including dinners and transportation
• Setup training rooms with necessary materials and cleanliness
• Greet attendees and manage the check-in process
• Handle all administrative duties including reporting and filing
