Summary:We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development contractor to partner on the end-to-end execution of our onboarding project. This role will work closely with the team to design, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new team members.
Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project execution for the onboarding program, from planning through delivery and evaluation. Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team. Manage all training operations including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and stakeholder coordination. Partner with subject matter experts to develop and refine onboarding content and learning paths. Track program metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
