About the Role: The Training Coordinator is an essential leader responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor and the broader Supply Chain department. This position focuses on the end-to-end development of our associates, from coordinating and facilitating New Hire Orientation (NHO) to managing Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and certifications. You will act as a critical resource for driving overall training compliance and safety within the warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do
- New Hire Onboarding & General Training
- Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate engaging New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions and provide hands-on training for all new associates.
