What you’ll be doing:

  • Training military students in Weapons Maintenance
  • Supporting personalised learning by working with L&D and training staff to tailor training to each trainee’s needs, while promoting modernised courses and cultural change.
  • Maintaining electrical equipment used for training
  • Sharing and applying best practices across establishments to enhance training quality.
  • Standardising training systems and processes across all Royal Navy Weapons Engineering training locations.

    • What we’re looking for:

    Essential Skills/experience

  • Experience of maintenance of Royal Navy Weapons Systems.
  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of training
  • HNC in electronics (minimum) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
  • Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
