Job Description
The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for administering core training processes for local IDL personnel, researching, proposing, designing, implementing, and conducting training and development programs. They also attend necessary training for hosting programs and collaborate with internal or external personnel.
Responsibilities- Key participant in conducting training sessions
- Key participant in testing trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process
- Collaborate on design and development of training and educational programs
- Key participant in coaching sessions for less experienced peers, furthering individual ability and skill in hosting training and development programs
- University degree required (e.g., Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience
