Job Description

  • Develop training strategy and modular programs: onboarding, product, sales, CX, visual merchandising.
  • Identify training needs using store audits, sales data, mystery shopping, and manager feedback.
  • Design and deliver blended learning (classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, ToT).
  • Conduct store visits, assess retail standards, and coach managers and sales teams; implement improvement plans.
  • Define and track training KPIs (conversion, ATV, NPS, mystery shop, competency scores); report impact and ROI.
  • Partner with operations, merchandising, and marketing for seamless program implementation.
  • Lead leadership development and mentor regional trainers; manage training calendars and LMS.

Must-have experience & skills

  • 5+ years in retail training, L&D, or store operations; luxury retail strongly preferred.
