Job Description
Lead learning and coaching across our retail network to elevate sales, customer experience, and brand standards. You’ll design and deliver product, sales, and leadership training, coach outlet managers and frontline teams, track training KPIs, and ensure operational rollout of training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training strategy and modular programs: onboarding, product, sales, CX, visual merchandising.
- Identify training needs using store audits, sales data, mystery shopping, and manager feedback.
- Design and deliver blended learning (classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, ToT).
- Conduct store visits, assess retail standards, and coach managers and sales teams; implement improvement plans.
- Define and track training KPIs (conversion, ATV, NPS, mystery shop, competency scores); report impact and ROI.
