Job Description

Provide thought leadership in L&D area of expertise. Partner with Business Leader/Clients to address Learning and Development needs for various levels of Leadership and/or various Functional groups and roles as assigned. Ensure that L&D activities are aligned with business needs and outcomes.
Partner with Business Leaders/Clients to identify accurate problem statements, root causes, and effective solutions for individual, team and organizational performance issues aligned with business needs and outcomes.
Partner with colleagues in all regions to ensure standardized approaches to L&D solutions are implemented as needed in all regions and that best practices are identified, shared and implemented.
Apply L&D solutions to specific and critical populations or demographic groups within the company. Identify, network and manage internal and external suppliers to provide seamless solutions for development needs.
