Location: Remote (Mumbai/Pune Based)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the training team and ensure trainers follow training
  • schedules and processes.
  • Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars and training

  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across departments.
  • Design and develop training programs on soft skills, communication, and
