Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify organizational training needs and skill gaps.
  • Trains all Cashiers or Sales Associates on the POS system and all cashiering-related processes within area of assignment.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Assists in the implementation of cashiering-related projects in the business unit.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
  • Has worked in a retail industry is preferred but not required
