Join Air Canada Rouge as a Training Specialist focusing on inflight service in Montreal, QC. This role involves coordinating training sessions and maintaining safety standards in the cabin crew operations.
In this position, you will facilitate various training programs, including Crew initial and recurrent service training. Your expertise will support crew development and ensure that training delivery meets all compliance requirements as you engage with training providers to deliver high quality education.
