Job Description

  1. Identify, engage, and build relationships with heavy industry clients to understand their maintenance and reliability challenges
  2. Analyse needs of client stakeholders (e.g. maintenance managers, reliability engineers, operations leaders) and incorporate findings into tailored training programs as solutions.
  3. Develop and implement training programs as solutions to improve operational performance, reduce downtime, and optimize asset reliability of client stakeholder and CRE Philippines.
  4. Lead engaging specialized and timely training sessions through in-person and virtual platforms.
  5. Recommend process improvements and skill development strategies that enhance equipment uptime, safety and productivity of CRE Philippines.
  6. Accurately track impact of training programs through key metrics and comprehensive records.
