**What you'll do**:Responsible for designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs to enhance the skills of employees, in overall operations performance at the customer support center of excellence.This position must also work closely with Subject Matter experts and leadership in the various Eaton Care support teams and locations.
1.Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.3. Planning and monitoring training programs according to business requirements.4. Map out annual training plans, design and develop training programs for Sales & Marketing and Tech Support Team.5. Evaluating program effectiveness, materials, delivery methods, and schedules.6. Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)7.
