Job Description

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on product and process knowledge, customer service skills, and compliance
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support various learning styles.
