As the integral Lead for the Training Management System Integrated Product Team, your role will involve leading multifunctional teams to ensure the successful deployment of training solutions for defense activities. You'll manage project costs, schedules, and overall performance metrics, utilizing Earned Value Management methods to gauge progress and maintain quality standards.
