Are you an experienced Travel Trainer with strong GDS and airline reservations expertise? We’re looking for a Team Lead – Training to support our growing travel operations team and lead capability-building for our corporate travel program.

If you have solid experience in process training, coaching, and airline reservations using Amadeus, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll directly shape team readiness and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire, refresher, and process training for travel operations programs
• Conduct coaching, floor support, and live monitoring during nesting and post-training phases
• Ensure all training materials, SOPs, and policy updates are documented and cascaded accurately
