The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager leads and executes financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support, valuation, and other transaction-related advisory engagements for both local and international clients. Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, including analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt
• Manage valuation engagements and related financial analyses
• Support clients across all stages of transactions, including target assessment, negotiation, and post-deal integration
