Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail oriented and collaborative Transaction Services Clerk – Employee Expense to support our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, while gaining exposure to broader finance operations, including cash receipts. Responsibilities
- Review and process employee expense reports and manual claims
- Manage the Employee Expenses inbox and respond to inquiries
- Review and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Support month‑end activities and account reconciliations
- Provide backup support for cash receipts processing as needed
- Work closely with Finance and Project Accounting teams
- Communicate clearly and handle information with confidentiality
