Principal Consultant, Transactions Advisory Solution Location Markham, ON, CA.
Responsibilities
Provide technical or industry knowledge to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases.
Demonstrate capabilities with minimal level of oversight from more senior level professionals.
Contribute to projects that are generally medium to large in size or own a moderate to significant portion of a larger project.
Lead a medium to large size effort or project team.
Delegate team work assignments through various phases of an engagement.
Manage projects from prospect, proposal to client deliverable.
Likely manage multiple projects at any given time.
Demonstrate experience with providing independent engineering services, M&A advisory, valuation and other related services supporting clients in transactional due diligence, and managing a team of engineers, managers, consultants, and financial analysts to co...
