Lead a specialized team as the Engine Director at Transat, ensuring engine efficiency and robust management of maintenance programs. This full-time contract focuses on driving operational excellence in engine management.
As the Engine Director, you will oversee a team of technical specialists and monitor key performance indicators for the fleet's engines. Your role will include maintaining partnerships with suppliers like Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce, and developing procedures in compliance with MCM & MPM standards. Engaging closely with budgetary tasks and project coordination will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report success metrics and KPIs for engines
• Review and maintain the Engine Management Program with suppliers
• Oversee the CFM56-5B engine maintenance program
• Coordinate major technical projects related to engine removals
• Chair engine meetings to enhance engine reliability
