Newly Created Role Large-Scale Transformation Mandate Strategic Enterprise Leadership Opportunity Our client is undertaking a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at driving operational integration, governance enhancement and long-term business value creation. As part of this strategic agenda, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned transformation leader/program director to join them in this newly created role. Role Reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely with the Steering Committee, Department Heads and key stakeholders, you will assume end-to-end accountability for the successful execution of the transformation project. The role will be instrumental in defining and driving the overall vision, governance framework and delivery roadmap.
