Responsibilities Program Leadership & Execution
- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.
- Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.
- Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.
- Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction).
