This role is based in our 240 Blackfriars Office, London.
Programme Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact and overall responsibility for Transformation Programmes, ensuring all specified requirements and outcomes are achieved. Current programmes of work include CRM, ERP and MarTech functionality. The programme will sit within a Transformation Management Office (TMO) which acts as a single point of focus for Transformation delivery.
- Hands‑on ERP/CRM Implementation: Bring direct experience in implementing ERP or CRM systems at a scale comparable to Informa, involving large numbers of end users across international locations.
- Operate with accountability and oversight of a programme manager, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with organisational goals.
