Overview
The Project Assistant assists with administrative duties and helps out with partial portions of translation projects assigned to Project Coordinators and Project Managers.
Position Responsibilities
- Organizing documents
- Scanning hard copies on to the network
- Creating spreadsheets (Bates number list)
- Monitoring distribution lists and addressing any project discrepancies
- Dealing with a high volume of e-mails
- Downloading reports and tracking relevant data
- Filling out daily trackers
- Performing other special projects or duties when required
- Completing all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Essential Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
