Overview

The Project Assistant assists with administrative duties and helps out with partial portions of translation projects assigned to Project Coordinators and Project Managers.

Position Responsibilities

  • Organizing documents
  • Scanning hard copies on to the network
  • Creating spreadsheets (Bates number list)
  • Monitoring distribution lists and addressing any project discrepancies
  • Dealing with a high volume of e-mails
  • Downloading reports and tracking relevant data
  • Filling out daily trackers
  • Performing other special projects or duties when required
  • Completing all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Essential Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
