Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Transmission Operations Manager / Transmission Superintendent to support and grow transmission construction operations across the Midwest and Southeast regions. This role combines operational leadership, business development, client management, recruiting, and financial oversight to drive project success and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transmission line construction, utility infrastructure, and workforce management, with the ability to develop client relationships while overseeing project execution and profitability.
