Job Description

- Ensure end-to-end transport service coverage for client operations - Monitor vehicle movement, reporting time, kilometre readings, and schedule adherence - Ensure only authorized employees are picked up as per roster - Manage transport approvals for special pickup requests - Maintain and operate a 24/7 transport helpdesk for query resolution - Log and track transport-related incidents including speeding and safety violations - Communicate with drivers and vendors via radio for operational coordination - Maintain accurate transport logbooks and documentation - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport operation reports - Coordinate with vendor supervisors for smooth transport execution - Maintain database of transport contact details and vendor information - Generate work orders and assign reference numbers for transport requests - Monitor service quality and suggest process improvements - Ensure cost-effective and efficient transport operations
