Job Description

Job Scope:
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt response to any issues
  • Report cargo damage, delivery discrepancies, and accidents promptly.
  • Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports for management.
  • Manage vehicle use, scheduling maintenance and inspections.
  • Manage and resolve logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • A Polytechnic Diploma or BA degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
