Job Scope:
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers, ensuring clear instructions and prompt response to any issues
- Report cargo damage, delivery discrepancies, and accidents promptly.
- Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports for management.
- Manage vehicle use, scheduling maintenance and inspections.
- Manage and resolve logistical challenges, delays, or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
- Other adhoc duties assigned.
- A Polytechnic Diploma or BA degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
