Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute heavy lift and out-of-gauge (OOG) transportation for onshore and offshore operations
  • Conduct professional route, port, and site surveys
  • Perform feasibility studies for various transport modes, including barge and HLV shipments
  • Develop stowage and lashing plans, installation drawings, and lifting/rigging plans using AutoCAD
  • Produce technical proposals, method statements, and lashing calculations
  • Provide subject matter expertise for transport engineering tasks and review calculations from others
  • Support RFQs by providing technical solutions that consider commercial aspects
  • Supervise cargo handling and transport activities within the ME region
  • Maintain project documentation and databases
