Transport & Logistics Specialist

The Opportunity:

Warehouse material handlers are responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products to meet VWR standards of productivity, quality, safety, and customer service. This position is based in an industrial warehouse setting and is a position that is flexible to a wide array of duties within warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage transportation & logistics for European single use business. Currently based in Hillegom and Tilburg.

Organize and coordinate inbound, irradiation and outbound transportation of raw materials and finished products.

Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.

Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve transportation issues as they arise.

Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
