We are a busy and growing transport company seeking a reliable and organised Transport Office Administrator to support our operations team, based i New Ross, County Wexford.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of fleet administration and transport coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general fleet and operations administration
  • Take and make calls to drivers, customers, and suppliers
  • Gather and compile information for operational reports
  • Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure timely updates
  • Ensure temperature-controlled units are set and maintained correctly
  • Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts promptly
