What does the job look like?
We are seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler join our team, to manage daily routing and scheduling across company and subcontractor fleets, optimise delivery performance, maintain transport planning system accuracy and ensure compliance. The role works closely with operations and customers to resolve issues, manage redeliveries and deliver safe outcomes. Hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am to 6pm. Key areas:
Coordinate daily transport planning, routing, scheduling and site communication for company and subcontractor fleets.

Ensure compliance with safety, legislative, customer delivery windows and commercial requirements (including DIFOT and payload optimisation).

Manage TMS accuracy, reporting, redelivery processes and resolution of delivery issues and non‑conformances.
