Transportation Coordinator

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for enabling an efficient, compliant, and well‑supported day‑to‑day transportation operation. You will achieve this by providing support to the Transportation Supervisor and drivers through daily route planning, staffing, and training.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operational planning, including executing efficient route preparation, planning and monitoring to achieve high levels of service performance.

• Collaborate with drivers, customer service, and management by providing essential phone support, resolving routine customer delivery issues, and covering vacant routes or absences as needed.

• Operate DZ trucks to manage commercial asset transport (shredding bins and boxes) and residential relocations for Iron Mountain and Clutter.
