Overview
The Transportation Specialist will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to and within the South‑East‑Asia region, including air, ocean, and land transportation services for materials and finished goods. The role ensures goods arrive at the right place at the right time and supports internal teams on shipment‑related topics.
Responsibilities- Organize drop shipments to SEA end‑customers (MTO/ETO deliveries).
- Process outbound shipments to end‑customers within South‑East‑Asia by air freight, small parcel, and land transportation services; follow up shipments and manage final‑mile delivery.
- Coordinate return shipments for quality purposes in alignment with Customer Service and Quality departments.
- Evaluate, compare, and coordinate with freight forwarders for the SEA market.
- Maintain a database of forwarder quotes and agreements to enable benchmarking and freight‑cost analysis.
