We are seeking a Travel Client Experience Specialist to support travelers throughout the planning and preparation of their trips. In this role, you will help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident about their travel plans while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide assistance and guidance
- Review travel plans and help confirm trip details with clients
- Share helpful information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes
