SAACH Travel Technologies is a leading ITES company specializing in the travel industry. We offer fare management, air ticketing, website development, and other travel related IT solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled professionals to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the air travel industry, preferably handling reservations and sales for US/Canada-based clients or consolidators.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships & boost sales.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities for handling escalations.
- Ability to manage travel issues, cancellations, refunds, and customer concerns professionally.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written)...
