Role Description

  • Supporting the securitisation programme, working with a number of stakeholders across the bank, to establish the bank's securitisation capability and further future issuances.
  • Lead the management of the securitisation post-issuance reporting, regulatory reporting (in conjunction with Regulatory Reporting internal teams), collateral management and supporting ongoing external stakeholder management
  • Support the management of external securitisation counterparties (arranging banks, lawyers, trustees, rating agencies, investors, corporate services providers)
  • Support the management of existing unsecured capital issuances (AT1 and T2) including the refinancing, where relevant, of these issuances
  • Lead the management of the central bank funding and liquidity programmes (TFSME, ILTR, DwF) including management of collateral pools and related Bank of England reporting.
